Contributing to meaningful projects, collaborating with others, provide support and seeing the positive impact of my efforts.
There is nothing that makes me most happy at work
I love the creativity I can utilize and the ability to think outside of the box.
I like that the work I do has impact
Looking back at all the projects and work that we've done gives me a sense of accomplishment and motivation to get through the tough days and busy weeks.
What makes me happiest at work is feeling like the work I’m doing has a real impact—whether that’s solving a challenging problem, contributing to a project’s success, o
Celebration of each other's contributions and achievements.
I'm excited about making lives better and improving the care provided to patients.
Learning more and more to continuously improve.
The manageable pace of the workload plus I get to do what I really like and enjoy doing
I like to hear what other teams and departments are working on and their accomplishments.
The feeling that my work contributes to something bigger than just an individual task is highly motivating and fulfilling.
Getting to do the work that I've trained all my life to do, getting the opportunity to stretch my goals, and even get out of my comfort zone. Knowing that I have some small part in creating programs that are designed to help people is the best.
Having time and quiet to write my articles.
Getting important things accomplished and serving an important mission
When I complete a task that has been in progress for a while.
Being around people who are willing to teach and open to questions
Being able to have a varied day. It's not the same thing every day. There's always something different happening.
I feel the work that I do makes a positive impact on different constituent each and every day. I feel happy knowing that I am contributing to our mission.
My team and fulfilling our mission together.
Management is very poor, moral is very bad. I am not sure if it can be fixed.
I honestly have no clue. Morale is shot and I am not sure how you bring it back from where it has deteriorated to.
too many hoops to go through, no accountability or follow through from I.T. / HR/ Supply management
More work from home opportunities; appropriate compensation for skillset
I'm overworked. As an employee, you don't feel good when you can't get ahead with your workload.
Significantly better compensation lining up with industry standards (I can make 35% more working at Christus in the same position). Overall a major culture shift from leadership showing respect, support, clear communication, and realistic expectations. Hire more staff ASAP.
PAY - PAY MUCH MORE
Not a whole lot of help. Our department is hiring too many top-tier positions and not enough of lower-level positions - the ones who are tasked with carrying out initiatives.
Medical benefits are horrible. What I pay for insurance for my family and the out-of-pocket expenses are way too high. Someday soon, someone will avoid going to the hospital in a life-or-death situation because they are concerned about the bills and not realize the seriousness of their illness.
Lack of resources for the amount of work. Working the job of two people.
Our patients are constantly frustrated with interactions with our clinics. I come in every day to no direction, no leadership, substandard pay, and a constant fear about what tone deaf edict is going to come down from on high and further contaminate an already toxic workplace.
