I need more time to ponder this question.
THEY NEED TO TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES BETTER AND LISTENING TO THEIR COMPLAINTS AND NEEDS.
Better communication to the entire staff. Not having clear goals.
Everything. There is no system
Compensate or match paid according the Market, for UT Health employees don't have to seek a 2nd job with inflation and cost of living San Antonio is growing every year & 1% increment rise for the past 2 years and no increase on 2021 we cannot longer stretch our our checks.
Yes, I feel undervalued. I would like a minimum of a 10% raise to feel better about my compensation.
My responsibilities have grown significantly over time; however, my compensation has not kept pace. I have taken on additional projects, contributed to key outcomes, and often supported others beyond my core role. I still love my job.
I found out that I do not make the starting salary for my position by asking a director from a different team what they start my position at for their team. There should be more transparency of salaries across the department, especially for positions with the same titles/descriptions.
A salary that aligns with market rates for similar roles.
That my salary would be competitive when considering my experience and educational achievements
New employees want that work/family balance which many want to work from home. They call in sick and want to work at home. The bare minimum is the philosophy.
We need better management , we need real dedication. We need to know we are valued, we have no teamwork, employees walk in when they want, leave when they want .There is no accountability. We do not get along as a team.
Owning their own jobs and doing them, showing up for work, less negativity bleeding over onto other people.
again re-evaluation of management and communication. those are the keys that need to be looked at
Work as a team, communication, taking responsibility for their duties, as well as failure to meet expectations expected of others
We need to educate our employees about different cultures , bring in a professional to explain the differences
Work on building strong (healthy) employee relations, create positive employee experiences, open up transparency and communications, and schedule regular and meaningful one-on-ones
better communication, pro active approach and better relationships with admin staff.
Experience is key. Will take time.
1. PAY A COMPETITIVE WAGE 2. Compensate for remote workers equipment and internet. 3. Lead. Try being leaders. 4. BE PROACTIVE, not REACTIVE.

Management is very poor, moral is very bad. I am not sure if it can be fixed.
I honestly have no clue. Morale is shot and I am not sure how you bring it back from where it has deteriorated to.
too many hoops to go through, no accountability or follow through from I.T. / HR/ Supply management
More work from home opportunities; appropriate compensation for skillset
I'm overworked. As an employee, you don't feel good when you can't get ahead with your workload.
