UT Health San Antonio Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

Collaborative, supportive, and brings diverse skills that make working together effective and positive.

They are very helpful and hardworking

We can lean on each other to move the needle forward on various initiatives.

We are a good team and get along well. People pitch in and help each other

Our team is comprised of high performers who are willing to teach and learn from one another to make sure we deliver the end products/results to the satisfaction of our end clients.

We work well together, openly share ideas, and help each other out when workloads are heavy or challenges come up. There’s a g

We value each other for unique strengths we bring to our collaboration.

I love the collaboration of my team and how respectful every member is when we listen to ideas and strategize.

Some of the best things are the empathy and willingness to learn.

They are all very nice and professional.

They care about our mission and goals and want to produce work that isn't just the bare minimum. They want their work to exceed expectations.

I believe our team members are committed to the team's success and consistently go the extra mile to support one another.

I know I can rely on my team. The job that I do relies on the work and support that team members provide, and everyone is invested in the work. We're doing things that support the public good, for the community at large, for people who need us. Everyone gets that.

All members have a strong work ethic and care about the company.

Always willing to go the extra mile

very friendly, helpful, teamwork. Love them

This is a highly skilled team.

They're supportive and open to answering questions

That we work as a team. We help each other, no matter what position we are in.

We are a very collaborative group and everyone is team-oriented and focused on being good partners.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

New employees want that work/family balance which many want to work from home. They call in sick and want to work at home. The bare minimum is the philosophy.

We need better management , we need real dedication. We need to know we are valued, we have no teamwork, employees walk in when they want, leave when they want .There is no accountability. We do not get along as a team.

Owning their own jobs and doing them, showing up for work, less negativity bleeding over onto other people.

again re-evaluation of management and communication. those are the keys that need to be looked at

Work as a team, communication, taking responsibility for their duties, as well as failure to meet expectations expected of others

Experience would be nice. Too many promoted quickly at a young age and ignorant on managing people.

My coworkers are overall great people, but everyone is so burnt out and bitter about being undervalued that no one enjoys working together anymore. We spend time together outside of work,, and it is great, but we are all different, unhappy people in the workplace. The UT culture has worn us down.

TAKE RESPONSIBILITY ANND STOP PASSING THE BUCK.

There is zero cohesiveness within our department. Although we are working from home a majority of the time, it can't be attributed to that because it's always been this way. There isn't a lot of effort put into staff engagement.
