The team itself how they always keep us informed on what is going on.
communication, fair, listens, caring and has structure
Good group to work with and very caring, professionally as well as personally.
THEY NEED TO TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES BETTER AND LISTENING TO THEIR COMPLAINTS AND NEEDS.
communication, nothing is transparent everything is a secret in our department. no compensation or recognition to their employees. This department needs to be seriously re-evaluated and make serious changes with management.

level of experience, living cost
I RECEIVED A TWO PERCENT MERIT RAISE WHEN OTHER UT EMPLOYEES GOT WAY MORE. I WAS TOLD BY MY MANAGER AND DIRECTOR THAT I AM DOING A GREAT JOB BUT THAT RAISE DOESN'T REFLECT IT.

Just being here and being able to meet new people and help the patients leave here with a smile on their face. I always strive to make them leave here better than how they came in.
leadership from the mangers to the doctors, and my team members.
