What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are committed to serving our patients in a compassionate manner and always strive to get them the best care possible.

The team itself how they always keep us informed on what is going on.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
THEY NEED TO TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES BETTER AND LISTENING TO THEIR COMPLAINTS AND NEEDS.
communication, nothing is transparent everything is a secret in our department. no compensation or recognition to their employees. This department needs to be seriously re-evaluated and make serious changes with management.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
from what I hear from others, we have a very good compensation package vs other big companies.
retirement plan and health insurance are awesome
There is no compensation package that I know off

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just wish that employees were able to attend school and work at UT Health at the same time by working with their schedules as far as being able to possibly do part time while in school.

I RECEIVED A TWO PERCENT MERIT RAISE WHEN OTHER UT EMPLOYEES GOT WAY MORE. I WAS TOLD BY MY MANAGER AND DIRECTOR THAT I AM DOING A GREAT JOB BUT THAT RAISE DOESN'T REFLECT IT.
More competitive pay. The pay is not competitive enough for this growing city.
no recognition, no communication i don't get to know how i am doing during the year until the evaluation time comes then it's too late to make any changes. raises like everyone else
What are some of the best things about your team?
very friendly, helpful, teamwork. Love them
We all work together help one another by bringing patients back in a timely manner and making them feel comfortable with us and the rest of the staff.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
again re-evaluation of management and communication. those are the keys that need to be looked at
Work as a team, communication, taking responsibility for their duties, as well as failure to meet expectations expected of others
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the atmosphere and the culture integration
I love that we see so many patients from different backgrounds and nationalities. We are able to communicate with them using our translator no matter what language they speak.
we help, every patient to figure out what is the best way to help with their diagnoses.
RIGHT NOW THE WAY THINGS ARE I CAN NOT SAY ANYTHING POSITIVE EXCEPT THAT I HAVE A JOB.
We have a diverse culture in our office and I personally enjoy learning about them

What makes you most happy at work?
Just being here and being able to meet new people and help the patients leave here with a smile on their face. I always strive to make them leave here better than how they came in.

THIS IS A LEARNING SCHOOL. I WAS PLACED IN MY POSITION WITH MINIMUAL TRAINING AND AM EXPECTED TO KNOW WHO THEY WANT THE WORK DONE. ONLY CERTAIN PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE GET GOOD TRAINING. SO FAR, I HAVE ONLY SEEN 2 GET ADAQUIT TRAINING. THE REST NEED TO FEND FOR THEM SELVES OR GET FIRED.
