Within Utilita Energy there is a chronic deficiency in communication and commitment to effectively deal with any of the situations I encountered. Employees refused to cooperate or comply with my requests and mistakes were being made perpetually. I have endured misleading and aggressive practices.

Worked there for about 2 years, The job slowly got worse with Anti customer decisions being pushed and staff being overworked and often under trained.
I used to wake up looking forward to getting on wth the day. However, these days it gets harder and harder to get out of bed.
