Management seem to review work and performance but seem more geared to improvement rather then reprimanding you

Communication and appreciation. Work closer as a team, rather than looking for someone to blame.

Being provided the right tools and facilities to carryout out the role.

The team I manage are great, they want to improve the service we offer and they want to be industry beating.
Wishing to do their job to the best of their abilities.
Team seems to work quickly and effectively and are very supportive with any questions, quires or concerns

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people make the culture. We have some really great people.
Everyone is calm sportive and is always their to give constructive feedback and advise

The higher managment need to listen better.

it's a good environment where you can work and should you need it support is at hand dealing with customers is always new and exciting

Too many people find it difficult to recognise positive feedback because they are too used to hearing negitive critism.
