Being well informed about benefits as well as being treated fairly
Have the same training and have managers acutally tell you when meetings are instead of oeaving you in the dark
Very disorganized structure that led to responsibilities shifting all of the time, in ways that often didn't make sense. It's easy to be excluded from things that should be your responsibility, and communication between Boise and Portland is poor.
