I am fairly new at the company...3 months. I have NEVER had a job that i was so excited to go to each day. Now, work isn't always glitter and rainbows, but I feel so at home at my desk and with my coworkers. I love working for Vacasa.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are always reachable for the people that report to them.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I think it is great that Vacasa covers my health insurance. I added my husband, so I pay that. Vacasa pays more for my health insurance than i do.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Very disorganized structure that led to responsibilities shifting all of the time, in ways that often didn't make sense. It's easy to be excluded from things that should be your responsibility, and communication between Boise and Portland is poor.
