Stop being a virtual Comoany that provides a physical Experience for it's customers. Educate the staff amd have oreientation that is on a corporate level even if its virtual with ithers hired into the same position sontheir is cintinuity across the board of tole expectation -amd performance.
A wage equivilent to my level of contribution to vacasa's revenue and the customer exoerience. A general manager that works in the same county as our operstion. A manintenance staff tbat is trained on a corporate level and fivem the education, skills and tools to meet the demand if the homes.
