The leadership Team is focused on public apptoval but not employee education or retention.

There was no interview process. I was hired With out clear role definition. With very little assigned training and have had to seek out all the training I have had on my own.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Managers that are educated and experienced in their roles and that havr leadership Experience as well as life experience and that sre accountable and present. Possible a tram Meeting with goals for our region?
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop being a virtual Comoany that provides a physical Experience for it's customers. Educate the staff amd have oreientation that is on a corporate level even if its virtual with ithers hired into the same position sontheir is cintinuity across the board of tole expectation -amd performance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A wage equivilent to my level of contribution to vacasa's revenue and the customer exoerience. A general manager that works in the same county as our operstion. A manintenance staff tbat is trained on a corporate level and fivem the education, skills and tools to meet the demand if the homes.
