Lots of overlooked talent. Someone said "take a peek out of your castle; the prisoners are running the asylum" which feels acurate. Pay needs to be better. There are do many wonderful people working at Vacasa.

The local culture is unprofessional and negative. People in management positions are under qualified.

There are avfee people intruky apieeviate interacting with. Typically these are unrecognized employees who deserve more than they are receiving. Without them, work would be awful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I manage a team of 16 and growing yet am not eben making what is considered a "living wage". I have people above me who cannot lead, manage 1-3 employees, and yet are paid considerably more
