Unorganized, chaotic company that puts on a show about caring for their office workers at headquarters, but does not see how impossible the workload is for people at the bottom and in the field.

It seems to be a pretty standard package

When everyone is on the same page and things get done correctly.

Some of my team members are great, they respond quickly and help to organize things and/or answer any questions
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I know there is a work shortage right now but we need to hire more people for field work. The pay needs to be better in order to attract and keep good employees. People need to have accountability and communicate more for this chaotic industry to run more smoothly.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview process seems to halt at some point every time. I know many people who have just been ghosted. Even people who have a good interview hear nothing back. I have applied for multiple other positions within the company and have had to chase down the rejections with no explanation given.
