I liked the way the positive aspects of the company were presented during the hiring process. However, it didn't take meong to figure out that not much of it were true.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Very disorganized structure that led to responsibilities shifting all of the time, in ways that often didn't make sense. It's easy to be excluded from things that should be your responsibility, and communication between Boise and Portland is poor.
