It defintely needs improvement .
quality human resources, seriousness and punctuality
I felt like I will be giving an equal chance to get the position as my peers
I was asked a few questions and hired because of my experience. They gave me a chance and didn't assume I wouldn't be a good fit because I had too much experience for the job
