The kindness and interest from everyone in seeing each person succeed. Also, the opportunities for volunteerism and the open invitation for community involvement.

Everyone is down to earth and not afraid to do work with the lowest paid members of the team

We all support one another.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Corporate has good ideals and culture. It is not applied at location level. Managers are given the tools to use to be successful, but they will not follow Corporate lead.
