Staff the refinery so we are not working 14 on 1 off. Treat hourly employees like they should and stop forcing people into jobs they don't want if they are productive where they are

Leadership refuses to establish a Valero Corporate culture. There is no accountability amongst leadership, training is cut short and turnover is insanely high due to managements failure to establish a good efficient working culture.
