PTO and bonus is generous.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Meet industry standard. More compensation for the work that is being done.
Additional PTO and a higher percentage for 401K matching
I don't feel undervalued, but I wish that there was less disparity between corporate and contract sites.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Really good people who care about what they do.

Management cannot have favoritism towards some while neglecting others
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great circle, just not pay and upper management.

Our customers. We interact with them so much, they feel like work colleagues.
