Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't gotten a raise in 3 years, have had 1 review telling me how good I am, professional and never complain about taking on new tasks, how I support leadership but I do not bring in revenue as a graphic designer so I am not looked upon as "important" if I was in sales then things would be diffe
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team are fun, inspiring, diverse and I look forward to coming into the office to be with them.
