A fair raise every 6 months
To be paid fairly for my work and I've been on this job 15yrs that should count for something

they are very honesty in their work
Hard working, responsible, and respectful peopld

Follow the training instead of making their own rules

it is very smooth and clean
It's mixed and fair for everyone
Everyone is very friendly and comforting
