We get paid a commission on new business we bring in even before the client is required to pay.

401k, generous commissions, especially for new business

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was told the raise will be based on how good I work. Percentage of raise will be fair according to my evaluation. All Liars! When company decide to give a raise, everyone is the same rate, no matter if you are scored 1 out of 5.
