What do you like best about the leadership team?
Management acts as mentors and each are committed to our individual success.
My personal manager is extremely competent

They need to communicate better and listen to what we say.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get paid a commission on new business we bring in even before the client is required to pay.
401k, generous commissions, especially for new business
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told the raise will be based on how good I work. Percentage of raise will be fair according to my evaluation. All Liars! When company decide to give a raise, everyone is the same rate, no matter if you are scored 1 out of 5.
Yes. Getting paid more and more vacation days.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We share novel approaches to serving our clients needs
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Dont use working hours to do private stuffs, such as checking personal emails, play games online or over phone, I have known some coworkers even watch movie on computer.
Some are not team players
He and most of my coworkers understand each other. Our problem is with the managers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything possible is done to facilitate processes.
We know we are helping business bring in profits
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers need to adjust their attitudes and realize they are people just like us.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviewers were very friendly. They made me comfortable during in the interview section. Unfortunately they no longer in this world, both passed away.

What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing much because I got lay off unexpectedly. They could be more open and gave me time to accept the company no longer need the department. We are adult and we understand the fact. No need to lay us off suddenly.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Since we work with the customers we understand what they want but management don't see that. They need to listen.
