What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are consistent in their work
My direct manager is empathetic and very knowledgeable; however, I recommend management allowing more time to learn from other team members. No time/resources allotted for training purposes

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is small but comprises of a rainbow of capabilities. One can be more process control minded, another is more tech savvy, and another knows the process while the other can build python scripting.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive - we can be open about our issues, whether at home or work related. Everyone is non-judgmental

What did you like most about the interview process?
My new manager did the direct questions. We were fair with each other and he believed in what I had to offer the group.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Allot time for your employees to learn from each other. Budget for ergonomic purchases for your employees. Last, allow disabled employees to return with a modified job description.
