What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team was helpful and professional
Prompt with meetings and they stand on what they say.

They are knowledgable and know what we need to do to thrive as a clinic.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lead... there was no leadership at all. All concerns were ignored. no consequences for staff that did not live the valor values and who outright did whatever they wanted. The staff that did work ended up working twice as hard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Time off, and not having to go through changes
it is reasonable very afordable

Clinic wide we all get along and work well together fir the most part

We are eager about patient care.
Our Managers flexibility with staff.
The Daily atmosphere and attitude.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was accomodating for my needs.
I like that the interview was very thorough and very specific.
It was so long at crazy cant really say thats positive but i think thats more the government than valor
