What do you like best about the leadership team?
They show genuine concern and help resolve any problems employees have.

My direct superior is the only leadership person that I have gaith in.
I have never met them
Leadership team was helpful and professional
Prompt with meetings and they stand on what they say.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lead... there was no leadership at all. All concerns were ignored. no consequences for staff that did not live the valor values and who outright did whatever they wanted. The staff that did work ended up working twice as hard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are managed fairly, wages are competitive and reviewed with raises yearly. I believe they meet most in industry averages.
Time off, and not having to go through changes
it is reasonable very afordable

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to empoyees in my same position at the VA, I get paid a lot less than they do even though I do the same things and work they do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team memebers feel like family to me
Clinic wide we all get along and work well together fir the most part
The hard work thst we put in each day
Work well together and are approachable.
We all listen to each other and work very well together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers are the most positive thing about work
I work at home. I interact with our management team through Teams. This is worked beautifully for me and is a very effective tool for productivity.
We are eager about patient care.
Our Managers flexibility with staff.
The Daily atmosphere and attitude.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

When the interview was over
It was accomodating for my needs.
I like that the interview was very thorough and very specific.
It was so long at crazy cant really say thats positive but i think thats more the government than valor

Interacting with my fellow team members to the benefit of the team and company
