- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compared to empoyees in my same position at the VA, I get paid a lot less than they do even though I do the same things and work they do.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Lead... there was no leadership at all. All concerns were ignored. no consequences for staff that did not live the valor values and who outright did whatever they wanted. The staff that did work ended up working twice as hard.
