What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation and benefits are competitive for the current job market, with no waiting period. Company has designated benefits personnel so the process is very efficient.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Genuinely kind, but also steadfast in their dedication and loyalty to the company. Considering the older age demographic, the leadership at this company is surprisingly progressive and forward thinking.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciate that during all my interviews, I wasn't asked canned questions. Interviewing is a two-way assessment and it's much easier to 'get to know' people when the conversation is organic and unscripted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diverse culture with positive attitude about the company. People are respectful and friendly to each other. There's no such thing as a perfect work culture, but this place is as close as I've experienced.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my team has worked here for 10 or more years. They know their stuff and are always helpful. It's nice to be surrounded by hard working, intelligent people that share a common goal.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy having a boss that isn't completely motivated by ego and values honesty and loyalty. It's refreshing to finally have a mentor that is skilled in their craft and genuinely wants their direct reports to succeed and grow with the company.
