Hasn't changed for about a year.
Always has your back and wants you to succeed.
They listen and act. Truly focused on building a positive work environment.
Very easy to get along with. Very much not micro-managers.
Genuinely kind, but also steadfast in their dedication and loyalty to the company. Considering the older age demographic, the leadership at this company is surprisingly progressive and forward thinking.
Believe in your people. Delegate and acknowledge
Develop a overall strategic plan with the C team and Area Managers.
It is competitive or better than industry standards.
Compensation and benefits are competitive for the current job market, with no waiting period. Company has designated benefits personnel so the process is very efficient.
More in line with market rates and not having to continually fight to get/keep it in line with peers.
Healthcare and bonus structure is below industry norm.
no bonus or raise given to me while others we awarded.
Hard working, interested in providing a great service to our clients, able to work through difficult situations.
They are all fun and smart and caring people.
Diversity and professionalism. Kind, fun people.
Most of my team has worked here for 10 or more years. They know their stuff and are always helpful. It's nice to be surrounded by hard working, intelligent people that share a common goal.

Great client, generally hands-off management but available when needed, generally good with mutually supportive HQ teams.
Diverse work team that are all engaging and collaborative.
It is an active, fun place to work where I am respected for my contributions to the team. I enjoy diverse portfolio of projects that are challenging and rewarding. I feel like I have a clear path for my career.
Diverse culture with positive attitude about the company. People are respectful and friendly to each other. There's no such thing as a perfect work culture, but this place is as close as I've experienced.
Believe in your people and delegate.
Common goals for the company and how it relates across the all departments to achieve that goals
Nice people interview you and make you feel comfortable.
Interview is focused on finding the best fit and getting to know the entire team, not just the hiring manager.
I appreciate that during all my interviews, I wasn't asked canned questions. Interviewing is a two-way assessment and it's much easier to 'get to know' people when the conversation is organic and unscripted.
Hard to say since I haven't been through it for a while now and assume it has changed.
Engage as more than the hiring manager.
Getting a lot of work done, identifying opportunities to improve deliverables and services.
Always challenging opportunities to keep active and engaged.
The people and the diversity of project opportunities. Room to grow.
I enjoy having a boss that isn't completely motivated by ego and values honesty and loyalty. It's refreshing to finally have a mentor that is skilled in their craft and genuinely wants their direct reports to succeed and grow with the company.
The view and collaborating with my key team
Feels like the company is slowly going under.
The people are the best part of the company. Good people.
