Good opportunities to grow and succeed but staff retention and attrition are scary. A challenge to keep salary up to market rates even with great performance.

More in line with market rates and not having to continually fight to get/keep it in line with peers.

Interview is focused on finding the best fit and getting to know the entire team, not just the hiring manager.

I appreciate that during all my interviews, I wasn't asked canned questions. Interviewing is a two-way assessment and it's much easier to 'get to know' people when the conversation is organic and unscripted.
