Hard working, interested in providing a great service to our clients, able to work through difficult situations.

Hard to say since I haven't been through it for a while now and assume it has changed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More in line with market rates and not having to continually fight to get/keep it in line with peers.
