What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Great client, generally hands-off management but available when needed, generally good with mutually supportive HQ teams.

Diverse work team that are all engaging and collaborative.

It is an active, fun place to work where I am respected for my contributions to the team. I enjoy diverse portfolio of projects that are challenging and rewarding. I feel like I have a clear path for my career.

Diverse culture with positive attitude about the company. People are respectful and friendly to each other. There's no such thing as a perfect work culture, but this place is as close as I've experienced.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Believe in your people and delegate.
