What did you like most about the interview process?
Nice people interview you and make you feel comfortable.
Interview is focused on finding the best fit and getting to know the entire team, not just the hiring manager.
I appreciate that during all my interviews, I wasn't asked canned questions. Interviewing is a two-way assessment and it's much easier to 'get to know' people when the conversation is organic and unscripted.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Hard to say since I haven't been through it for a while now and assume it has changed.
