Vanta will take everything you give them and still demand more. Lots of trampling for ownership and credit for work others own. Lots of turnover but the workload gets distributed among those who remain. Despite losing team members, goals never change. We all have to pick up the slack.

I've had a positive experience at Vanta. The company has grown so quickly while still maintaining a close knit culture. There's a ton of transparency from leadership which helps the company still feel "small" even as we double in size.
