They're scaling us to incredible heights and are very transparent about the good and the bad

Equity that will hopefully be worth way way more
I like that the benefits have increased and improved as the company grows. There has also been an emphasis on health and wellness benefits which is amazing!

Smartest and most well-rounded people I've worked with!
Everyone is kind and almost always willing to help each other. There is never any hesitation to jump in and offer support.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people here are all very encouraging and supportive which creates a very positive environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
You're given a good amount of prep before the interview which made me feel less anxious throughout the interview process.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people! We have a great team and company culture with strong relationships within teams and cross functionally.
