All members of leadership have been great and willing to always answer my questions or get me the answers so I know.

I don't always agree with thing team is doing or done, but for the most part we get along and try to work together
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is never really any negative but when there is issues and changes the positive feed back and response is always good in making things better.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work on my pace and don't have someone breathing down my neck about things. I don't work slow but I am not rushed to get things done so less mistakes can happen
