Everyone on my immediate team treats others as family. Even when you are new, you feel welcome, supported, and appreciated.
I have severe social anxiety at times, and even though I was interviewed by a panel, I felt extremely at ease and comfortable.
Increased pay. Additional staff so we don't feel overwhelmed. Options for remote work. There is a high turn over rate (we lost 5 out of a 18 person team in the past 3 months).
For the amount of stress we deal with in this high paced environment, I feel that the service employees of NAD should be compensated more. I made more when I was 16 (over 10 years ago).
The service side of things can be a little shaky at times, but that is only due to being led by new employees. On the bright side, they are new because there is always room for advancement.
