- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?For the amount of stress we deal with in this high paced environment, I feel that the service employees of NAD should be compensated more. I made more when I was 16 (over 10 years ago).
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Increased pay. Additional staff so we don't feel overwhelmed. Options for remote work. There is a high turn over rate (we lost 5 out of a 18 person team in the past 3 months).
