Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the same role in other organisations in India the pay is atleast 2.5x higher, this makes difficult to retain talent at the same time, it at times make you wonder if you are doing the right thing by staying back

There is blatant favouritism with Veeam. There is a certain type of person who is promoted and given breaks. The managers do not fight for us and we are not paid fairly across the board. It is sad, and traceable.

If they paid fairly and did not favor some departments over others. We are not valued - there is no incentive at all. Employees here should be between the ages of 18-24 since they won't know the difference. This is a good training job in what not to let happen in the future.
