What did you like most about the interview process?

It was quick and clear.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are bound together in our distrust and it makes us stronger. We know the management teams are puppets of the higher ups, but we have to stick together.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is blatant favouritism with Veeam. There is a certain type of person who is promoted and given breaks. The managers do not fight for us and we are not paid fairly across the board. It is sad, and traceable.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Veeam has to fight to be a better workplace overall. Insane Metrics, unattainable goals, sketchy manager. It creates a hostile environment and all the good employees are leaving in DROVES. The young ones can get through it for about a year, but even their spirits are becoming broken.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Veeam has no culture. Once upon a time the company did, but they sold themselves and stripped away everything that made being there fun. Now knowing on the back end deals were being made and we were going to be purchased, it makes sense. Veeam's culture is long gone.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They lack total transparency and concern. They are out of touch with reality and employee relations. We now know they have been being run by another company, but to be better they are going to have to move out of 1980 and into 2020 and stop treating employees like infants.
