Timothy S. Cabral — Chief Financial Officer at Veeva Systems

Mr. Timothy S. Cabral, also known as Tim, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Veeva Systems Inc., since February 2010 and is responsible for all aspects of Financial Management and G&A Operations and also serves as its Principle accounting Officer. Mr. Cabral served as Chief Operating and Financial Officer of Walsh Wireless Solutions, LLC and was responsible for operations and financial management of Walsh Wireless. In operations, he was responsible for the Customer Support Organization and Website Operations. He over 20 years of technology finance background and nearly 10 years of software finance and operations background. He was the Founder of Agistics Inc., and served as its Vice President of Operations and Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cabral was responsible for the day-to-day operations of Agistics as well as the financial management and health of it. Prior to joining Agistics, Mr. Cabral served as a Vice President of Finance for PeopleSoft, an Enterprise Business Application company, where he supported the Products & Technology and Support Sales businesses and developed key product sales information and analysis as well as created Business Unit Operations Reviews for the five $200+m businesses in P&T. He also served as Vice President of Products & Technology Finance and Senior Director of Corporate FP&A at PeopleSoft, Inc. Mr. Cabral served as a Director of Finance for Chiron Corp., a Biotechnology leader, where he ran management reporting and key company initiatives around efficiency and cost savings. He spent four years at LSI Logic, a Semiconductor manufacturing company, where he ran the Cost Accounting group for the Metal Manufacturing operations. He has been a Director of Apttus Corporation since November 2, 2017. Mr. Cabral holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Santa Clara University and an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University.
