What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I like the fact that there is work, life, balance. I like that Velex promotes from within and encourages their employees to pursue their dreams and career goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Its a very competitive industry and world right now. Many colleges at other companies are being paid more for a lower responsibility title. I think the bonus structure could be worked on or other incentives we could earn could help this. Im not going anywhere, just wish we had a bit more :)
