I believe that I have brought a lot of change to any division I am put in. I have set the bars in every division I work. I work hard and try to be the best manager to the crew and managers. I believe I spread my field knowledge and experience to anyone who ask.

Yes! A lot of frustration within the crews and some managers and also the Allios side as well. A lot of frustration comes from lack of materials

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Working cross platforms and companies is still as difficult as ever. We preach drive as one but do not. We find out about changes way after the change is made and are rarely a part of the conversation.

Again provide the proper staffing for the work load. Don't dump other peoples works on those that are already overwhelmed.

Materials not being correct. Frustrating seeing lots of waste with having to much of what we don't need and not what we do need
