What's the company culture like at Venafi?

The culture at Venafi is probably the strangest I've ever experienced in my career. Individually people are fine and nothing more unusual than any other fast running IT company. Except for the marketing team that is so dysfunctional and selfish that it made it extremely difficult to do your job effectively. It felt like Middle School all over again.
We try hard to live our HEART values (Honesty, Example, Awareness, Risk-taking, Team-before-self) which makes a culture where people are not afraid to try new things without fear of making a mistake.

What's the office vibe like at Venafi?
camaraderie is alive and well both in the Venafi Salt Lake City headquarters office, and also virtually through HipChat and video conferencing. The Palo Alto office is a bit quieter, but everyone knows each other and gets along extremely well.
