the company is always under staff but wants to work the employers as if they are fully staffed. There is no growth in the company unless you are related to someone in management. Just not worth it no one is happy in the place . Just there to get a check and thats about it .

Supply chain manager. Talk up the culture but terrible vaca offerings and they do not budge. No paid parental leave and you stop accruing vaca dhring this time as well.
