Being open with employees, letting them know what is changing and why and accepting their input.
Communication, Keep a better HR team ans rotate your team leads
They are trying to expand out of commodities but are spending way too much money doing it and not having any success.
They know the answer. They need to respond to employees and consider the impact of their decisions or lack thereof. They're insulated and isolated and it's by design.
Understand their business Its not PepsiCo
PTO that is reasonible and competivor and reflective of thenjob tenure hired for
I can run every deck in the building and still get paid as the employee that only runs one , and only cares to run one.
Better hr leadership is the key
its not about the co workers its the management. I feel like the supervisors on the floors goals may be to high for the understaff shifts.
People try harder to get out of work than do their jobs.
They gossip like they’re in high school, so they could grow up a little.
Finding ways to keep preocuppied for certain new trainees and individuals. Seems like my atmosphere here is very tiring and stressful.
Better pay, equal opportunities for growth, and favoritism has to stop between family and child hood friends. its not fair to the ones that move in from other states to work .
People are unhappy with the hours they put in verse the pay they receive.
A lot. They don’t care about their employees, there are people who have lost loved ones who are given just DAYS to get over it. They have a point system and penalize you for getting in car accidents. Etc.

Only look out for themselves. Have a take it ir leave it attitude, do not negotiate on things like PTO
We are seen as a commodity and private label company. Our customers dont give us much time on brands.
Supply chain has been a challenge well past our competitors. New leadership would have been certain at most other organizations. Supply chain and commercial don't communicate so customers are often left in a bad positiion without a clear explanation. A focus on customer communication is a must
They under staff areas to save money and exhaust the help they have.
I’m being trained right now, or rather, was in a new department after being with the company for years and rather than continue training me they’re throwing me to the sharks without thorough and proper training.
