What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything, no leadership, direction or strategy to speak of.
There are a number if insividuals in senior leadership roles with very little experience in their area of expertise. They were hired because of who they know within the organization or because of perceived loyalty to key players. Bring in a team with experience.
Leadership team is narcissitic, arrogant, lack luster, and they have zero clue how to lead

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Commission paid in full after sale.
Work was never recognized, no opportunity to bring up concerns as the attitude was if your not happy then leave.
To pay commissions in full at the time the sale is complete
What are some of the best things about your team?
Generally are nice people to work with.
Some if the people are top notch. Entire leadership team is pitiful
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no trust within the organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing, culture is awful and company doesnt care.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A new leadership team that values people. A new HR department.

Hearing about the company's vision

Have actual hiring managers involved.
Horing manager could have been more engaging.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hiring the people on rhe exexutive team who are selfish, arrogant and are in roles they cannot handle. There is a definitive difference between true leaders and those who just have titles
