My supervisor is awesome, he has an open door policy where we can express our opinions good or bad always finding a solution to a problem. My team is reliable, smart, and we really work well together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am content with my salary based on what I am doing at the moment, but I also like all the benefits that this company has. They thought about all the needs for all employees, health, vision and dental.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I know my CEO for long time. He cares about the future of this company, therefore, he cares about his employees. He is very honest about his intentions, when we have all-hands meetings; he shares with the entire company what is going on financially and in the future for the company.
