Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Veri-Tax generally pays quite poorly compared to the industry average. They will offer you a raise in your title before they will your compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Generally have a great vision and management decisions. They foster the ability to be mentored and grow as long as you're willing to put in the work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Generally we all are passionate and working for the same goal. We disagree and have different objectives, at time diametrically opposed to each other, but there's always a mutual respect and understanding of the end vision.
