What do you like best about the leadership team?
Current msnsgement team is good snd team has a lot of strong workers.
The management team i work under is the reason I stay where i'm at. I just obtained a Master's in Mental Health Counseling but the management here is so profoundly supportive and inclusive I have put off looking for a job in my field for the time being

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Student loan repayment each month for past loans.
I think the benefits are fantastic. I am not too thrilled with the cap on PTO and that we are only able to cash in 32 or 34 hours of PTO each week. However, there are a lot of wonderful incentives to stay with Parallon

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For over 5 years a have done everything and more to help out at the job and did what was told but then demoted for helping to speed up the day because Kari Bissmeyer hates men
Low pay, expensive healthcare, too long to become invested
Better medical coverage, considering we work in the medical field. Covered premiums for employee only plans. Paying employees a rate that is comparable to other medical facilities.
The healthcare, pay, raises, and overall treatment could be much better! Especially for a company that grosses billions a year.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is maybe 6 out of 47 people in the warehouse who actually work everyone else either does bare minimum or less
They need to be able to adapt to the times technologically speaking.
Communication! Some people like to keep things to themselves and not be part of the team. We have meetings 3 days a week and I don’t think that most of them even pay attention to what is going on. Most of them work from home so they are working during the meeting.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company as a whole has good intentions.
We generally interact positively with each other through WebEx which keeps us in communication at all times. We work well together and with a positive attitude for the most part.

CO workers are truly team players. There is no such thing as a me problem, if something needs to be worked on or solved it's always taken as a we problem that we can all figure out how to solve. I like that about our company.

Having the freedom to create my own reporting and find efficiencies in every day work flows.
Knowing that I will be supported at whatever decision I make and that there is always someone available when I need help.
