The company is a decent company with room to grow. Kari Bissmeyer is just a horrible HR person who only helps women and even when women aren't evolve she takes 2 weeks to respond to you. She knows nothing about employee relations inside the warehouses.

Great experience overall, leadership is focused on engagement.

Low pay, expensive healthcare, too long to become invested

Better medical coverage, considering we work in the medical field. Covered premiums for employee only plans. Paying employees a rate that is comparable to other medical facilities.

  • Toxic. Morale is at an all time low.

  • Poor leadership, lack of communication between leadership and employees, lack of communication in general. Some departments are more concerned about parties and fun than work. Pay is terrible and growing more so with each new hire because they do not reevaluate pay, just job performance once a year. Some employees make more than those with degrees.

  • Not good. Unqualified leadership pushing failing programs onto those who could do a better job. It's a very negative environment.
