Company economic performance outperforms individual incentives.

Compensation is improving however it is mismatched with our goals. We lose too many good performers. Our culture is great, but culture is just one piece. Many just cant ignore the salaries available elsewhere. In a technologically connected world location is increasingly irrelevant.

more salary as per industry standards

Pay more. Leaders at Verisk do not know how to pay software and technical talent what they are worth. The low talent that they attract and retain makes this obvious.

Lower than average base salary, bonus structure is old and basically non-existent, "raises" are nothing more than cost-of-living bumps.
