What do you like best about the leadership team?
Real people who are accessible and care.
They are supportive when needed and only when needed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Humility, empathy, realistic goals, and focus. They need to stop all the data that qualifies only the bad.
Show less criticism, more gratitude
A new manager is needed for the Midwest. The person that have is visibly under-qualified and has no idea how to run any type of office. I'd be surprised if they even had a degree in anything to do with business. They lie to customers and don't think we'll find out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
High pay, quick turnaround time
You can count on bonuses.
My comp package rewards me for my experience and success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More PTO is needed for sure.
Better healthcare and more pto would be appreciated
The manager is horrible, plain and simple. Get rid of her and the company will do exponentially better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the coworkers that know how to do their job, they are reliable, trustworthy, and supportive.
Fantastically adaptable, personable and a great balance between fun and get it done.
We help each other get through. If it wasn't for my coworkers, I would've left a long time ago.
We work collaboratively and have many years of industry experience.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We love our job and enjoy the work and each other's company.
Work at home on my own schedule
Leadership really cares about team members all across the board. COVID really proved that.
My coworkers in my department. That's it.
We work with our eye on the present and the future at all times. We work hard but are equally supportive of family and work-life balance.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New management. Prior owner of merged company should not manage.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was conducted at a Bar and I got to hear a manager say they were going to put a competitor out of business- it was brutal and vicious whixh highlighted the companie's pbilosophy
Very personable, left a good first impression
The time was taken to really learn about me and my experience.

The work itself because it's what I do best.
I love that there is always growth and change.
Working with my team and celebrating the many successes and solving the many challenges.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Veritext has a very bad reputation in the industry. They need to stop buying out all the independent firms
