Super collaborative but hard-driving, so it's not meetings for the sake of inclusion it's real work and making real progress. Plus a ton of laughs! We have some really bright people who are equally funny, making the work from home situation engaging and fun.
President doesn't get the credit he deserves--deeply technical but focused on monetizing the innovations vs innovating for his ego. The CMO has the backbone required to have the hard conversations with his peers, and most importantly the CEO and President (that was lacking.) CFO is super strong.
