expectations at Veritone are high (not a bad thing) with the goalpost continuously moving to get an increase
Veritone's compensation philosophy has evolved over the past few years. It will continue to as the market shifts as well. I know that they are working through how people are compensated and I'm excited to see their new philosophy centered around pay equality.
